Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Asset Management Team Lead, the Maintenance Reliability Specialist will be responsible for supporting the Operations and Maintenance teams by improving equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance strategies, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Nice to have

  • Serve as the Business Unit focal point for maintenance and reliability activities, ensuring alignment with corporate reliability strategies and site objectives.
  • Act as the Business Unit master data gatekeeper for maintenance and asset-related data, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and adherence to established data governance standards.
  • Act as a technical resource and coach for maintenance and operations teams on reliability tools, methodologies, and proper data usage within the CMMS/EAM (Maximo).
  • Proven experience in maintenance within oil and gas
  • Strong working knowledge of reliability methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, RCFA, PM optimization, and condition-based monitoring.
  • Demonstrated experience with CMMS/EAM, (Maximo preferred) master data management and data governance principles.
  • Strong understanding of asset data structures, equipment hierarchies, failure modes, and maintenance strategies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
