Responsibilities

  • Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role, as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to clearly articulate customer needs and business context to engineering, design, AI/ML, and cross-functional partners.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers and cross-functional teams while maintaining a clear outbound focus on customer value, adoption, and usability.
  • Your work will drive measurable improvements in customer adoption, platform efficiency, and product innovation, directly supporting Guidewire's mission to deliver secure, scalable, and AI-powered solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience with AI/agentic platforms, workflow automation, or business rules/decisioning products in cloud platforms.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in technology, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Master's degree is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the P&C insurance domain and core systems (e.g., ClaimCenter, PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, InsuranceNow) is a strong plus.

Compensation

  • The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000 - $245,000.

  • In your first six months, you'll immerse yourself in customer and market research, build strong cross-functional relationships, and deliver actionable insights that shape the AI and Workflow Automation roadmap-helping customers turn the Agentic Framework, Autopilot Workflow, Rules Service, and Functions into a cohesive automation and AI fabric across the P&C lifecycle.
  • Over time, your influence will extend across teams and customers, helping Guidewire set new standards for operational excellence, intelligent automation, and customer value.
