About the role

In this role, you will focus on pricing optimization and margin improvement as well as portfolio evolution strategies to maximize growth opportunities while fostering collaboration across teams and managing direct reports.
The ideal candidate will excel at combining advanced analytical capabilities with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Analyze SKU and collection level performance to provide business insights while identifying opportunities to optimize depth, breath and mix
Develop and execute launch strategies for new collections
Partner with Finance and Planning teams to forecast demand and plan assortments
Develop dashboards and reporting tools to track performance in real time
Partner with Creative and Tech teams to deliver a curated product experience
Drive product storytelling through product placement, sort and curation
Analytic rigor to drive SKU/collection exposure decisions in partnership with Performance Marketing team.

Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Analytics, Marketing or a related field
8-12+ years' experience in merchandising, analytics or a related role preferably within e-commerce
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities
Proven expertise in pricing strategy, margin analysis, and product mix optimization
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau or similar platforms

$180,000 - $200,000.
Final pay rate shall be determined and is based on experience and qualifications.
