Roll up your sleeves with Marketing to co-own GTM strategy, shaping how Nylas is positioned in a fast-moving AI landscape, crafting narratives that resonate with developers, and driving execution through launch and beyond.
Lead discovery with our developer community and enterprise partners through closed betas, feedback loops, and continuous validation, building what the market needs before they can articulate it.
Own the documentation and launch lifecycle, ensuring every release sets a new standard for developer experience.
You're experimenting with tools like Claude Code, Codex, or similar in your own time.
You understand how developers evaluate tools, make build-vs-buy decisions, and think about integrating third-party infrastructure into their products.

You can make sense of a deeply technical domain, reason through it, and translate it into a confident business bet.

You are genuinely plugged into how AI is changing software development.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $120,000 - 160,000 CAD.
Actual compensation will be determined based on individual qualifications, which are objectively assessed during the interview process.
Factors influencing salary include knowledge, skills, experience, and abilities.
