Responsibilities
- Implement individualized therapy programs designed by our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), collect data, and participate in team discussions around progress and strategy.
- Bring energy, creativity, and passion - Using play, movement, and laughter to engage children while promoting skill-building and growth.
- Partner with clients and their families in celebrating wins, problem-solving challenges, and promoting each child's growth.
- Have accessibility to reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and insurance, and be able to travel to other clinics to support when assigned.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old and hold a minimum of a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- High School or Associate's Degree: $17.05 - $23.00 per hour, with $1.00 per hour increases every six months (based on your starting level at hire).
- Master's Degree: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour.
Compensation
- Up to 3 RBT exam and annual renewal fees are covered!
