  • Logan Health is looking for a Behavioral Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LCPC) to join our school-based team!

Requirements

  • Newly increased hourly pay to reflect the expertise you bring!
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related counseling field required.
  • Ability to analyze, intervene and evaluate a range of psychosocial theory and methods as applicable to assigned area(s).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to communicate effectively with various audiences.
  • Current Montana LCSW, LCPC or LMFT license required (or obtained before hire date) We are not accepting licensure candidates needing supervision at this time.
  • RQI Responder within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care whichever comes first.
  • Possess knowledge of cultural, ethnic, social, historical and spiritual issues relevant to the provision of mental health treatment as applicable to assigned area(s) preferred.
  • ​De-escalation training successfully obtained within one (1) year of hire.
  • Experience and/or knowledge of behavioral health disorders and treatment modalities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, a self-starter, possess critical thinking skills and be able to set priorities and function as part of a team as well as independently.
  • Commitment to working in a team environment and maintaining confidentiality as needed.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Job Specific Duties:
  • Triages referrals from providers and ensures on-going liaison occurs with stakeholders as applicable to assigned area(s).

Nice to have

  • Possess knowledge of evidence-based practice and experience in assessment, crisis assessment, brief therapies, and clinical case management preferred.
