About the role

  • Axos Bank Target Range: $76,500/Yr. - $90,000/Yr.
  • Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education.

Responsibilities

  • Manages and e ff ectively execute on existing underwriting pipeline of Commercial Lending and other structured transactions including the analyses and due diligence process on the financial condition and credit worthiness of potential clients in the underwriting pipeline
  • Performs complex financial or collateral analyses including modeling or projections analyses
  • Supports underwriting positions with conviction by presenting logical detailed analysis and metrics to support positions
  • Manages the submissions for credit approval and work with underwriters and credit administrators on any additional analysis or conditional requirements being included in the proposed credit
  • Support originations in prescreening, structuring, negotiating and underwriting transactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • 2-3 years of experience in monitoring or underwriting and structuring commercial lending transactions
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance
  • Paid Sick Leave, 3 weeks' Vacation, and Holidays (about 11 a year)
