About the role

Everlaw is seeking an experienced Senior Product Designe r with a knack for making the complex feel intuitive to join our dynamic Product team.
You will use your experience to bring ideas large and small to life, turning ambiguous problems into elegant solutions.
Additionally, you'll mentor other designers while collaborating closely with the Product and Engineering teams.

Responsibilities

Design is embedded in product strategy and company direction.
Design AI-powered experiences that enable legal and investigative teams to navigate complex document review workflows and accelerate insight generation.
Apply strong product thinking to frame ambiguous problems, connecting design decisions to user value, business outcomes and technical feasibility.
Partner closely with Product Management and User Research providing inputs to prioritization and roadmap decisions, informing strategic decisions.
Lead interaction design for complex challenges leveraging industry best practices, effectively using prototypes to explore ambiguity and align partners.
Craft polished visual and motion design that clearly communicates hierarchy, causality and intent.
Collaborate closely with Engineering to ship high quality design solutions.
Clearly articulate design rationale through strong storytelling and presentation influencing stakeholders at multiple levels.
Contribute to and evangelize the use of Bluebook, Everlaw's Design System.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is between $170,000 - $215,000.
The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate's experience and skills.
The base pay range is subject to change in the future.
