Responsibilities
- Lead projects end-to-end and coordinate multiple projects across departments, ensuring project goals are achieved within scope, timeline, and budget
- Own project planning, including solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management
- Drive business process improvements through research, process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis
- Work with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to clarify requirements, report progress, present results, and manage expectations
- Lead implementation and change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption
- You'll be at the intersection of technology, process innovation, and business growth - building systems that empower our teams to work smarter, faster, and more collaboratively.
Requirements
- 4+ years of Project Management experience, with proven experience leading projects from initial request through implementation
- Experience working in a product company or startup with internal stakeholders and users
- Experience managing digital products, SaaS, technology, or AI-related projects
- Experience with AI-powered products, AI solutions, or AI-enabled business processes
- Hands-on experience analyzing and improving business workflows, with proven implementation beyond development processes and default SDLC processes
- Fluency in English (Upper-Intermediate or Advanced level)
- Background in Business Analysis or Product Management is a plus
- Proficiency in no-code or low-code tools such as n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, or Bolt is a plus
