Responsibilities
- You'll work one-on-one with clients, helping them build communication, independence, and life skills using evidence-based ABA therapy.
- Every session is an opportunity to create real, lasting change. 💙
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a supportive, structured environment
- Implement individualized treatment plans designed by a BCBA
- Help clients develop communication, social, and daily living skills
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients and families
- Ongoing support & mentorship from experienced BCBAs
Compensation
- $20.00-$25.00 per hour
- Competitive pay: $20.00-$25.00/hour

- Participate in ongoing training and professional development

- Current RBT certification (40 hr RBT course completed and pending exam is ok!)
- Passion for working with children or individuals with special needs
- Strong attention to detail and comfort with data collection
- Understanding of confidentiality and professionalism (HIPAA)
- A positive, patient, and growth-oriented mindset
