A reliable employee who is able to effectively manage time and priorities, including during busy rush periods where a sense of urgency is necessary
Participate in all initiatives with the Operations and Marketing teams to increase foot traffic, new customers, daily sales, and operational profitability and develop a loyal neighborhood customer base

1+ years' experience in a customer service position, preferably in hospitality or coffee
18+ years of age
Part Time: 15-25 hours per week, 3 days per week and must be able to work 2 peak days (peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Full Time: 30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days per week and must be able to work 2 peak days (peak days: Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
