About the role

  • Track and analyze student data to monitor workshop attendance, advising appointments, and academic progress, ensuring all site and organizational requirements are met.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of approximately 120 high school scholars, ensuring each student is equipped with the support they need to matriculate to college and earn a bachelor's degree.
  • Have academic advising experience within a college-access institution.
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
  • You are passionate about youth development and enjoy helping students set and achieve academic goals.
  • You are excited about working a 100% In Person with our scholars.

Compensation

  • The full compensation range for Academic Advisor in Aurora, CO is $60,500-$72,500/y ear with the exact compensation depending on experience.
  • As someone new to this role at College Track, you can expect an offer between $63,500 - $66,499/year to ensure internal equity while leaving room for compensation growth during your time with us.
