Our Assistant General Managers are the main support pillars for leadership within Chuze clubs.
You will support the General Manager in developing a team of authentic Chuzers and uphold top-tier customer service, cleanliness, and an unbeatable culture.
You will set the standard for hospitality in every aspect of our operations and lead your team in creating an unforgettable experience for our members and guests.
Support your team in daily cleaning tasks throughout the club, membership sign-ups, retail displays and transactions, and serving smoothies (at clubs with Chuze Blends)
Partner with your GM to develop the Operations and Kids Club Chuzers, recruiting incredible new talent for your team, and fostering continuous growth through authentic conversations, performance reviews, and coaching documentation

2+ years of team leadership or management experience
2+ years of previous customer service experience
Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts as needed
Due to the nature of this role, the selected candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check.
Ability to multi-task and handle shifting priorities with attention to detail
Excellent ability to provide a positive attitude and calm under pressure
Ability to work varied hours, weekends, and opening/closing shifts regularly or as needed
Experience leading a team
Hours: Varied schedule Monday-Friday with ability to support weekend shifts, when required.
