Responsibilities
- With more than 115 years of construction experience, the company has played a vital role in building America's critical infrastructure, ranging from railroads and highways to dams and mines.
- Collaborate with site supervisory personnel to identify and remedy unsafe working conditions
- Collaborate and e ngage with the front-line teams and management to develop methods and practices that will eliminate exposure and build capacity
Requirements
- A four-year related degree
- Familiarity with root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques
- An advanced degree
- Safety experience in Renewable Energy
- Experience in behavior-based safety environment
- Investigate and lead all incidents and safety exposures with the trade superintendents and required foremen and crew down to the root cause utilizing Root Cause Analysis and Five Why Analysis
Nice to have
- Recognized certification from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (BCSP) preferred

- $86,098.00 - $124,841.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
