About the role

  • We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our DevOps team as we scale infrastructure across multiple regions and push toward continuous deployment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of platform and DevOps engineers: set direction, remove blockers, and develop talent.
  • Own the DevOps roadmap, balancing developer experience improvements, platform efficiency, and infrastructure reliability.
  • Partner with product engineering teams to build the tooling and self-service capabilities that let them own their deployments.
  • Partner with the security team to ensure compliance across our environments, and to offer a safe and secure platform upon which the development teams can thrive
  • Drive infrastructure strategy across cloud, container orchestration, CI/CD, and observability.
  • Proven ability to hire and build high-performing technical teams.
  • You'll own the platform engineering function - developer experience, infrastructure reliability, and the systems that let MaintainX move fast without breaking things.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Engineering management experience with a background in DevOps, infrastructure, or platform engineering.
  • Track record of measurably improving developer experience and platform reliability at scale.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with multi-region environments, infrastructure as code, and modern CI/CD platforms.
  • Familiarity with compliance-driven infrastructure (SOC 2, FedRAMP, ISO270001 or similar).
  • Experience scaling a DevOps function in a fast-growth SaaS environment.
