Responsibilities
- Identifies and resolves issues that impact design and selling success or address future concepts, products or technologies
- Technically leads teams effectively in an environment with high levels of ambiguity and provides significant technical leadership
- Drives processes, manages projects and works on issues that impact success of future Cadence products
- Uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative design and product ideas.
- Leads and helps others to solve issues of diverse scope where analysis requires an understanding of current business trends
- Collaborates with peers, account leaders and internal partners and typically interacts with high level individual contributors, Managers, Directors, VPs and key executive level employees.
- Leads some projects or programs and acts as a team leader to coordinate activities of other personnel.
- Applies understanding of the industry and how own area contributes to the achievement of objectives
