About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide organizational and administrative support to three VPs
- Collect and prepare information/documents for all meetings and conferences
- Manage and track executive approval flow
- Maintain departmental contact database
- This role may also provide occasional departmental administrative support, as needed.
- The assistant will be a key member of a fast-paced team that makes deals to develop, produce, and license content for the TV Studio.
- Roll calls and manage phone sheet.
Requirements
- J.D. preferred, B.A., B.S., or equivalent experience required
Nice to have
- Entertainment industry experience preferred (specifically television, film, or animation)
- Minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience

Compensation
- The anticipated base salary for this position is $28/hour to $34/hour.
- The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
