The Manager, Placemaking and Bayview Experience is the person who brings the building to life.
This role owns the tenant experience, the events portfolio, and the day-to-day operations of the site.
You will lead a small team, manage licensee relationships directly, develop the placemaking strategy, and partner with the Director on the operational systems that keep everything running well.
Ensure every guest, tenant, and partner interaction is welcoming, professional, and memorable
Draft and manage all new and renewal license agreements; own and maintain the master license agreement
Develop and evaluate event sales strategies, financial forecasts, and budget tracking
Manage the Bayview experience budget with accountability for forecasting and expenditures
