About the role

- Our distribution operations are the engine behind that reputation, and we're looking for a Warehouse Shift Supervisor who's ready to run the position floor.
- leading a team of associates, managing inbound and outbound shipping, coordinating cross-dock and yard operations, and driving the accuracy and speed our customers count on.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage shipping schedules, trailer flow, and dock capacity
- Coordinate domestic and export freight routing and manage carrier relationships
- Lead, coach, and develop warehouse associates - assigning daily work and balancing labor to workload
- Partner with management and HR on performance management and corrective actions
Requirements
- 3-5 years of warehouse or distribution center experience
- Working knowledge of shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling equipment
- Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and basic computer applications
- All communications, inquiries, and candidate submissions must be routed through Victaulic's Human Resources/Talent Acquisition team.
Nice to have
- High school diploma or GED
- Associate degree preferred
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
