About the role
- Client is seeking a B2C Systems Analyst specializing in Magento performance and scalability.
- This role bridges business and technology teams to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and user experience across our eCommerce platform.
- The role will also serve as a key contributor to performance strategy and continuous improvement initiatives across the B2C platform.
Responsibilities
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, improving page load times, system throughput, and platform stability under peak demand conditions Caching and Scalability: Implement and manage Varnish caching strategies to enhance load times and improve scalability.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of performance strategies, configurations, and troubleshooting processes.
- Support production incident triage and performance-related escalations, ensuring rapid diagnosis and resolution Business & Analytical

Requirements
