- Our work spans Medicare Advantage, fully integrated care models, primary care, care for the most medically and socially complex populations, and next-generation care delivery models.
- Focus on addressing members' care coordination needs, processing referrals and services, and supporting navigation of the healthcare system.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- High School Diploma required.
- Must be bilingual English and Spanish or Vietnamese, or Cantonese or Mandarin.
- Technical expertise - Basic technical skills for functional area
- Ability to work in an environment where continuous coaching and feedback is the standard practice.
- General knowledge of local community resources for seniors.
- A background check is required.

- Some college preferred.
Compensation
- $21.78 to $25.00 per hour
- An annual employee bonus program
