About the role
- The Inventory Systems Analyst (ISA) bridges the gap between product strategy and execution and serves as an ERP/inventory/data power user.
Responsibilities
- Support new product introduction data collection/consolidation working closely with sales, marketing, product management/development, and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate item master/product data in the ERP system.
- Analyze inventory/demand data to support product lifecycle management.
- Support generation/distribution inventory obsolescence reporting under the direction of the Sr.
- Analyze data, conduct market research, and provide insights to support product teams in making informed decisions about product development, strategy, and overall direction.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline inventory-related workflows.
- Utilize and maintain ERP data for item master management.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support to inventory control staff.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in inventory control, with a proven track record of success.
- Proficiency in using ERP/WMS systems.

- The ISA will play an important role in maintaining accurate inventory/product data, maximizing data integrity, and supporting efficient supply chain operations.
- The position also oversees the ERP Warehouse Management System (WMS) operational efficiency.
- This includes coordinating the flow of information from Warehouse Operations, Customer Service and Supply Chain.
