About the role

  • Skilled in troubleshooting and repairing electronic gaming machines (EGMs), managing RMA processes, and utilizing diagnostic tools to identify root causes and improve repair turnaround times.
  • Strong background in inventory tracking systems such as Oracle and Salesforce, with experience in process improvement methodologies including LEAN, Kaizen, and 5S.
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with the ability to coordinate deliveries, operate warehouse equipment safely, and escalate operational issues when necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and perform inventory management, including cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and root‑cause analysis to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Lead advanced troubleshooting and repair of EGMs, including diagnosing recurring issues and determining repair vs. replacement decisions.
  • Maintain and enforce warehouse organization, cleanliness, and EHS standards.

Requirements

  • Proven experience guiding, training, or mentoring warehouse technicians or new hires.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate expectations, provide feedback, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Experience operating box trucks or route trucks, with the ability to coordinate deliveries and pickups independently.
  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety practices, material handling equipment, and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to make day‑to‑day operational decisions and know when to escalate issues to leadership.
