Compensation

  • We know that great people create great outcomes, and we believe compensation should reflect that.
  • This role offers a base salary range of $175,000-$225,000, plus an uncapped incentive plan designed to reward growth, impact, and long-term partnership development.
  • Expected on-target earnings (OTE) range from $250,000-$350,000+, with meaningful upside for top performers who help drive Delve Deeper's continued success.
