About the role

  • Training Day Responsibilities Working with other equipment staff to organize and prepare player lockers with the equipment before training.
  • Collects and inventory all training equipment daily.
  • Washes all training kits immediately following training.

Responsibilities

  • Helps coaching staff deliver equipment to the field before the start of training.
  • Works with other equipment staff to manage, organize and inventory warehouse for multiple teams.

Requirements

  • Preferably experience in a Professional Sports Environment.
  • Must have knowledge and passion for soccer.

Skills

  • Ability to handle and lift average-weight objects up to 35 pounds.
  • Ability to stand and/or walk for more than 4 hours per day.
  • Ability to work long, irregular hours and weekends as dictated by event schedules and project timetables.
  • Due to the cyclical nature of the Football industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect
  • Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented, professional, passionate, positive, and proactive.
