About the role
- Training Day Responsibilities Working with other equipment staff to organize and prepare player lockers with the equipment before training.
- Collects and inventory all training equipment daily.
- Washes all training kits immediately following training.
Responsibilities
- Helps coaching staff deliver equipment to the field before the start of training.
- Works with other equipment staff to manage, organize and inventory warehouse for multiple teams.
Requirements
- Preferably experience in a Professional Sports Environment.
- Must have knowledge and passion for soccer.
Skills
- Ability to handle and lift average-weight objects up to 35 pounds.
- Ability to stand and/or walk for more than 4 hours per day.
- Ability to work long, irregular hours and weekends as dictated by event schedules and project timetables.
- Due to the cyclical nature of the Football industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect
- Ability to work well in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, professional, passionate, positive, and proactive.
- A motivated growth mindset and life-long learner.
- Strong communication skills.
