Requirements
- The program will include a minimum 12-18-month experience in the posted position prior to a rotation to another Supply Chain FORGE role determined later.
Nice to have
- Prepare and analyze manufacturing variances for Lamb Weston production facilities with distribution to internal staff and management.
- Analyze monthly variances between actual results, current estimate, plan, and prior year.
- Summarize results and discuss with management.
- Assist in internal and external audits when requested.
- Be a key player in ERP implementation and go forward plans.
- Other special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as requested.
- 3+ years general business and financial experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
