About the role
- The annual salary range for California is $176,400 to $327,600.
Responsibilities
- Drive design, implementation, and maintenance of Cadence's global compliance program - collaborating with subject matter experts in legal and across departments.
- Manage compliance risk assessments, gap analyses, and mitigation plans.
- Partner with subject matter experts to develop, deliver, and refresh compliance training.
- Support internal investigations and related processes, as requested.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of related experience in compliance or risk management matters with a firm or corporate legal department
- Sound judgment, flexibility, and ability to work independently while collaborating across business units and multinational stakeholders
Nice to have
- Combination of law firm and in-house experience
- Prior work with technology companies
- Experience with global or cross-border compliance issues
- Familiarity with systems and platforms for compliance management, training, and/or investigations
