About the role

  • The annual salary range for California is $176,400 to $327,600.

Responsibilities

  • Drive design, implementation, and maintenance of Cadence's global compliance program - collaborating with subject matter experts in legal and across departments.
  • Manage compliance risk assessments, gap analyses, and mitigation plans.
  • Partner with subject matter experts to develop, deliver, and refresh compliance training.
  • Support internal investigations and related processes, as requested.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of related experience in compliance or risk management matters with a firm or corporate legal department
  • Sound judgment, flexibility, and ability to work independently while collaborating across business units and multinational stakeholders

Nice to have

  • Combination of law firm and in-house experience
  • Prior work with technology companies
  • Experience with global or cross-border compliance issues
  • Familiarity with systems and platforms for compliance management, training, and/or investigations
