Responsibilities

- Build relationships, influence key stakeholders and proactively participate in discussions
- Manage quality documentation, procurement tasks, and project reporting
- Ledcor is hiring a Project Coordinator to support our Highway Maintenance team in Leduc.
- This is a hands-on, site-level role ideal for those seeking to build a career in construction supervision and operations management.
Requirements
- Familiarity with construction documentation, RFIs, subcontracts, and purchase orders
- Ability to problem solve on the fly
- A high level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and scheduling tools
- 1-3 years of related experience in project coordination, management or a combination of education and field exposure
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; team-oriented and proactive
- Flexibility to travel to other locations
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
- Valid driver's license with clear 3-year abstract
Nice to have
- CET or EIT designation is a nice to have but not required
