About the role
- Conducts inspection of buildings and grounds in assigned areas.Works with employees to ensure that assigned buildings work orders and other complaints from their buildings are completed in a timely manner.
- Ensures that the custodians have the proper materials and supplies in the buildings to do the jobs effectively.
- Works with staff under him/her to make changes in their Cleaning Zone to ensure that the buildings are serviced in a timely manner to department standards.
