  • Our partner is looking for a Senior Project Manager / Chef de projet principal, Early Phase and Translational Research based in Canada.
  • This role offers the opportunity to lead complex clinical research programs across early phase and translational research environments.
  • As a senior project leader, you will serve as a strategic partner to sponsors, clinical teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • The ideal candidate is an experienced clinical research project leader with strong knowledge of drug development, clinical trial operations, and global project management.
  • Minimum of 7 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years managing Phase I-III clinical trials with financial responsibility.
  • Experience leading concurrent multi-centre and multinational clinical trials with significant budgets.
  • Proven experience managing project timelines, budgets, resources, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in dermatology clinical trials is considered an advantage.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and project management systems.
  • Travel opportunities, including occasional overnight and international travel as required by the role.

Nice to have

  • PMP certification is preferred.
