About the role
- P2 Sample Preparation Technician About the Position Within the Sample Preparation Department, the Sample Preparation Technician 3 will independently work with client samples and prepare them for analysis in our labs.

Responsibilities

- Maintain own production logs;
- Manual dexterity to perform repetitive tasks;
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months (180 days) work experience in a commercial minerals laboratory or minerals sample preparation required;
- Ability to stand for long periods of time;
- Ability to sit at a desk and do general office work, which includes periodic sedentary responsibilities;
- Ability to work in a hot and dusty environment;
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs;
- Inspecting equipment and inform senior employee if adjustment is required;
- Basic computer skills required.
