About the role
- They will also handle contract creation and process initial payments using the firm's payment platform.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective clients via phone, video conference, and occasionally in person
- Utilize a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and recommend appropriate legal service options
Responsibilities
- We work with clients across the U.S. and around the world - in English and Spanish - helping families reunite, seek safety, and build a brighter future.
- This role requires strong sales acumen, empathy, and critical thinking to build trust, handle objections, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Build trust through active listening, empathy, and professional communication
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the consultation and enrollment process
- Maintain organized records and manage assigned consultations effectively
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to improve conversion strategies and client outcomes
Requirements
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal). required
- If no immigration background, proven experience closing legal-service sales is required
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Nice to have
- Experience in Immigration Law is preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
