Support daily fiat banking operations, including payment preparation, account monitoring, FX activity, and balance checks.
Support crypto-to-fiat conversions, off-ramping, exchange activity, and crypto payment tracking.
Support treasury system migration, data mapping, bank and wallet connection setup, testing, and reconciliation processes.
Assist with KYC, onboarding, and documentation for banks, payment partners, exchanges, and wallet providers.

Previous experience in treasury, finance operations, payments, cash management, or a similar role.
Experience supporting a treasury system migration, implementation, mapping, testing, or process improvement project.
Familiarity with blockchain, crypto wallets, wallet operations, whitelisting, transfers, and reconciliations.
Desirable Experience: Experience with wallet infrastructure, crypto exchanges, payment service providers, or virtual card platforms.
Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, blockchain, or a multi-entity group environment.

Job Description: We are excited to be on the hunt for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Junior Treasury Operations Analyst to support day-to-day treasury operations across fiat banking, crypto wallets, payments, liquidity reporting, and treasury systems.
The candidate should have previous experience working with Datarails or another Treasury Management System and should have been involved in a system migration, implementation, data mapping, or testing process.
They should also be familiar with blockchain operations, crypto wallets, wallet transfers, and related controls.
We are registered in Malta, but you don't have to be.
