Responsibilities
- Assist in acquisition support/integration.
- Provide prompt legal support and guidance to Trinity leadership and management teams.
- Collaborate with various internal business partners including Compliance, HR, and IT.
- Perform administrative tasks on an as needed basis, such as signing documents and electronic filing.
- The Counsel will provide comprehensive legal support and guidance on a wide range of issues related to the life sciences industry, including but not limited to contracts, compliance, acquisitions, data processing and intellectual property.
- This role requires a deep understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape affecting life sciences companies, work efficiently in a high-volume, high-pressure environment, and collaborate effectively with different departments within the organization.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and a minimum of 5+ years with a preference given to life sciences/pharma industry experience.
- Experience with regulatory compliance, intellectual property, and contract law is essential.
- Significant redlining and contract review and negotiation experience required.
- Must be detail oriented and demonstrate excellent organizational skills.
