This role reports to the Manager of Software Engineering and provides the opportunity to work on multi-region, multi-cloud systems that handle large-scale AI traffic and complex orchestration challenges.

Team The aiR Services team builds the shared backend platform that powers Relativity's generative AI products.
The team works on high-throughput, distributed systems that route AI traffic across regions and providers, protect downstream services from reliability risks, and optimize cost and performance at scale.
Job Description and Requirements ABOUT THE ROLE As a Software Engineer, you will build and operate backend services that power Relativity's generative AI platform, aiR.
You will work at the intersection of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure, and applied AI, helping to deliver reliable, scalable systems that sit on the critical path of AI-powered workflows.

$79,000 and $119,000 The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
