About the role
- We're looking for a SkllBridge: Production Control Warehouse Specialist to keep material flowing accurately and on schedule between our warehouse and the production line as we ramp up Viceroy and Squire manufacturing.
- You'll be the trusted link between Production Control, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain - making sure the right parts are in the right place at the right time.

Responsibilities
- Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, promptly researching and resolving discrepancies.
- Build and stage kits against bills of material (BOMs) and work orders, and deliver them to assembly stations on schedule.
- Maintain lot/serial traceability and documentation for flight-critical and export-controlled hardware.
- Support daily production control stand-ups with real-time shortage and WIP status.
- You don't just patch issues - you improve processes, anticipate downstream impacts, and help turn one-off fixes into scalable solutions that raise the bar for future builds.
- You communicate effectively and collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and other cross-functional teams to align on goals and move projects forward.
Requirements
- Must be eligible to participate in an Internship per DoD Instruction 1322.29
- Must be projected to receive an honorable discharge from the military
- Must have all TAP and transition requirements completed prior to the start date
- Warehouse, inventory, or material handling experience in a manufacturing, aerospace, marine, or DoD logistics environment.
- Working knowledge of ERP/WMS inventory transactions and comfort with Excel and RF scanning tools.
Nice to have
- Aerospace, marine, or defense manufacturing background.
- Lean/5S or continuous improvement experience.
- Military logistics or supply background - this role is SkillBridge-eligible.
