About the role

In this role, you will hold the keys to our talent engine - directly managing and mentoring our Recruiting Specialist while personally driving the recruitment strategy for our critical, highly technical, and global roles.
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring Bitsight continues to attract exceptional technical talent across the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.

Directly manage, mentor, and support our Recruiting Specialist, aligning their focus with shifting business priorities.
Set clear, encouraging performance goals and support the professional growth of your team member.
Maintain high data integrity within Workday to ensure a transparent, positive experience for global applicants.
Partner with employer-of-record (EOR) providers or local entities to ensure seamless, compliant onboarding of international hires.
Design and implement structured, skills-based interviewing methodologies that focus strictly on core competencies and minimize subjective bias.
Global Flexibility: Hybrid and remote-friendly work arrangements designed to support work-life integration.

Workday Requirement: Proven hands-on experience using Workday as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is required.
Leadership: 1-2 years of experience leading, mentoring, or directly managing recruiting team members in a collaborative environment.
Global Perspective: Proven experience managing international candidate pipelines and a strong understanding of cross-border hiring nuances.

The anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is US $130,000 to $150,000 annually for US-based employees.
Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for participation in a bonus or commission plan and an equity grant.
