About the role

- The LPN is accountable for completing accurate documentation and remains compliant with all legal rules and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Performs care by following order sets and goals made by RN.
- Counsels patient and family on the disease/injury processes and how to manage.
- Maintains active LPN license in state of employment.
- Maintains a professional appearance as a representative of the company.

- Ability to remain calm, have patience and be accommodating.
- Ability to make appropriate nursing judgments.

- Completes and submits all required documentation within specified company requirements.
- two years is preferred. Home care experience is desired.

- Ability to remain calm, have patience and be accommodating. Compassionate and caring while working with patients.
- Knowledgeable on nursing best practices.
- Detail-oriented and observant.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance with your name as a listed driver.
- Licensed Practical Nurse with current license in the state of employment
Nice to have
- Minimum of one year of experience as a LPN in an acute care setting is required
- two years is preferred.
- Home care experience is desired.
