About the role
- We're hiring a Delivery Operations Analyst to join our Delivery team.
- You'll be directly in front of clients, communicating in external Slack channels and pushing investigations forward alongside our Enterprise Success Consultants.
- This role is for someone who digs into the details, finds the root cause, and knows how to turn a messy problem into a clear path forward.
Responsibilities
- Support Core and Broker delivery workflows as a specialist resource for data-related issues, maintaining deep context on the clients and datasets you're closest to.

- Be part of a team that's building the infrastructure for how crypto companies manage their books.
- Have a direct impact on how the Delivery and Advisory teams scale - the workflows you build and improve will be used well beyond your own work.
Requirements
- Strong data analyst instincts - you can investigate a problem independently, not just flag it.
- Experience in a delivery, operations, or client-facing environment where data accuracy matters.
- Comfort working across teams in a fast-moving environment where things aren't always perfectly defined.
- Grow into deeper client expertise and more advanced analytical work as the team and product evolve.
Nice to have
- Background in reconciliation, digital assets, or scripting/automation is a plus - curiosity about the space matters more than credentials.
