  • Titan Security is currently hiring a Security Account Manager to work at a location in Burns Harbor, Indiana.
  • The Security Account Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is primarily responsible for supervising the day-to-day security operations of assigned Client sites.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
  • Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.
  • Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
  • Coordinates and documents performance tracking of all staff personnel.
  • Maintain and ensure the integrity of personnel files and workforce management systems working with Account/Operations Managers and HR department, as necessary.
  • Support HR department in review of involuntary terminations including, union grievances and appeals.
  • Supports Director of Operations and HR in hiring, training and on-boarding.
  • Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities and account trends.
  • Supports the organization's culture, processes, practices and systems to ensure that company and its clients.

Requirements

  • Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
  • The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
  • candidates must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.

Nice to have

  • Minimum of 10 of managerial and policy making experience in the law enforcement or contract security field.
  • Experience level to include extensive internal contacts within the local law enforcement community.
  • Previous MARSEC, NRC and Industrial facility security experience preferred.
  • CPP certification (ASIS), OSHA-30, and FEMA IC 700, MARSEC FSO Certification.

Benefits

  • Education and/or Experience: Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field and/or equivalent experience/education preferred.
