Titan Security is currently hiring a Security Account Manager to work at a location in Burns Harbor, Indiana.
The Security Account Manager reports to the Director of Operations and is primarily responsible for supervising the day-to-day security operations of assigned Client sites.

Manage a team of Security Officers, Site and Shift Supervisors including hiring/selection, scheduling, payroll, training, coaching, development and support.
Build, improve and maintain effective relationships with both client and employees.
Coordinate necessary support services to effectively manage client site to meet or exceed financial and operational goals and provide quality customer service.
Coordinates and documents performance tracking of all staff personnel.
Maintain and ensure the integrity of personnel files and workforce management systems working with Account/Operations Managers and HR department, as necessary.
Support HR department in review of involuntary terminations including, union grievances and appeals.
Supports Director of Operations and HR in hiring, training and on-boarding.
Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to personnel activities and account trends.
Supports the organization's culture, processes, practices and systems to ensure that company and its clients.

Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.
The physical demands are based on the contract and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

Required Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.

Minimum of 10 of managerial and policy making experience in the law enforcement or contract security field.
Experience level to include extensive internal contacts within the local law enforcement community.
Previous MARSEC, NRC and Industrial facility security experience preferred.
CPP certification (ASIS), OSHA-30, and FEMA IC 700, MARSEC FSO Certification.

Education and/or Experience: Degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement Management or related field and/or equivalent experience/education preferred.
