About the role

This role combines hands-on landscaping work with essential driving duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations on job sites.

Assist in training new team members as needed. • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of daily activities, vehicle mileage, and any issues encountered during operations.

Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required and follow protocols to ensure the safety of yourself and others.
Works with various earth materials using hand tools such as rakes, shovels, picks, hand saws, wheel barrels, axes and other tools which may be required.

Minimum of 6 months of related experience as a plumber's helper, general construction laborer, pipe layer, or related field.
To be at least 18 years old and be legally authorized to work in the United States.
To be dependable and able to work well in a team.
To pass a background check.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
Commercial Driver's License (CDL) is a plus.
Proven experience in landscaping or ground maintenance is preferred.
Familiarity with operating landscaping equipment and tools.

Operate landscaping equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools safely and effectively.
Conduct regular maintenance checks and report any equipment issues to the Crew Leader.
