Responsibilities
- Build deep relationships with stakeholders ranging from hands-on ML engineers to executive sponsors, serving as a trusted strategic advisor.
- Partner with Sales to identify expansion signals and contribute to renewals while funneling product insights back to engineering leadership.
- Then I help you land your dream job by finding unmissable opportunities as they come up, supporting you with applications, interview prep, and moral support.
Requirements
- 2-8 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles like Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, or Implementation for complex B2B SaaS.
