Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business goals, clarify analytical needs, and translate broad questions into focused analyses, metrics, and deliverables
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and reusable analyses that support decision-making
- Use approved generative AI tools to support analysis, coding, documentation, automation, synthesis, and business communication while validating outputs for accuracy and appropriate data handling
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, customer analytics, marketing analytics, product analytics, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree, professional credential, or equivalent practical experience in a quantitative, analytical, business, or related discipline
- Experience using Python or another analytical programming or scripting language
- Experience with a business intelligence or visualization platform such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or a comparable tool
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders to scope analytical work and translate findings into actionable recommendations
Nice to have
- Experience supporting Marketing, Sales, Operations, customer lifecycle, or product teams
- Experience using analytical methods to understand customer behavior or business performance
