About the role

Responsibilities
- Operate air track and rotary drilling machines to drill holes for building foundations and pilings
- Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with all safety and project specifications
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is Required
- At least 5 years of verifiable experience as a Construction Driller on construction sites is required
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of verifiable experience as a Construction Driller on construction sites is required
Skills
- Demonstrated work history and technical competence operating a 3800 top hammer Gardner Denver Air Track drill
- Demonstrated work history drilling across a variety of ground conditions, including sandstone, till and pit run
- Demonstrated work history and technical competence drilling with hollow core anchors (IBO)
- Technical competence in understanding of shoring and site drawings
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver's License is required
- English, both written and spoken

Compensation
- $43.02/hour; Scheduled increase to $45.17/hour on May 1, 2026
