Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Development, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR, Talent Management, or Career Counseling within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • 3+ years of direct People Management experience leading HR, Talent, or Career Management professionals.
  • We've been automating processes for more than 25 years and understand enterprise operations like no one else.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing Technical Consulting Frameworks and Performance Management programs for global technical workforces.
  • Proven track record of strategic collaboration with Executive Leadership to drive global talent retention and workforce capabilities.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage global talent processes, set strategic milestones, and maintain goal tracking across matrixed teams.
  • Skilled at engaging senior leadership, navigating challenging conversations, and driving consensus during complex situations.
  • An adaptable leader who thrives in fast-changing environments, leading with insightful questions to unlock practical solutions
  • Highly collaborative mindset focused on building strong partnerships across different teams.
  • The base salary range represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.

Compensation

  • $150,000 - $275,000 USD
