About the role
- Prioritize and triage cases based on urgency, compliance deadlines, and attorney direction; escalate issues proactively to avoid delays.
- Prepare case files, documentation packages, and correspondence for attorney review; respond promptly to all attorney requests.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, delivering clear updates on status, timelines, and documentation needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume caseload end to end, documentation, processing, follow-up, and closure.
- Maintain accurate case records in the case management system, ensuring all milestones, deadlines, and correspondence are logged in real time.
- Coordinate across departments - including compliance, client services, paralegal support, and billing - to move cases forward efficiently.
- Ensure all files are complete and compliant with program and regulatory standards; support audits and compliance reviews as needed.
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload with competing deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

- The Strategic Legal Practices (SLP) Case Manager owns a high-volume caseload of legal cases from initiation through resolution.
Requirements
- Serve as the primary liaison between Strategic Legal Practices and assigned attorneys, providing timely updates on case strategy, status, and required actions.
- Occasional overtime may be required during peak periods or to meet critical deadlines.
- Strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and legal information is required at all times.
- proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- QUALIFICATIONS 2+ years of experience in case management, legal support, or a related field; law firm or legal services environment strongly preferred.
- High attention to detail; proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation
