About the role
- In your role as a CVD BEOL Equipment Supervisor, you'll be responsible for all BEOL equipment activity on their shift.
- Improving hold to release time for ERD and FDC interlocks
- Coordinating and communicating with Leadership on equipment status and progress to plan
Responsibilities
- You'll provide the front line support for Equipment Technicians through training, mentoring, coaching, shift staffing, and problem resolution.
- Work with other team members to develop consistent protocols across all shifts
Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience performing preventive and breakdown maintenance on CVD equipment (required)
- Firm understanding of SiMax, EMS, EES, & DSS (required)
- Experience leading a team (preferred)
- Excellent computer skills (preferred)
- Good written and oral communication skills (preferred)

Compensation
- The current base salary range for this role is between $31.00 - $46.00/hour.
- Total compensation for this position will include a competitive benefits package and may include participation in company incentive compensation programs, which are based on factors to include organizational and individual performance.
