About the role
- We are seeking an experienced IT Project Engineer to join our team in Cleveland, Ohio.
- If you have experience delivering projects in an MSP environment, you understand the pace,
- accountability, and technical rigor this role requires.
Responsibilities
- Lead small project teams or serve as a senior engineer within larger project
- Manage and deliver projects across Microsoft platforms, cloud infrastructure,
- Design and implement centralized computing solutions
- Design and implement backup and disaster recovery solutions that meet client business
Nice to have
- Prior mid-market or IT consulting experience
- Solutions Architect experience
- Cyber security experience
- Technical certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, Dell, VMware, CompTIA, etc.) are a plus
Skills
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical
- Internally motivated with a track record of delivering high-quality outcomes
- Organized, analytical, and comfortable managing competing project priorities
- Genuine commitment to client service and client experience
- A degree in a technology or business-related field is preferred
