About the role
- Determines the nature of malfunctions and suggests how to repair them or if equipment should be returned to the shop for a major overhaul.
- Decides when the shafts need to be lubricated, when additional oil for the engine is needed, when plugs and points need work, etc.
- Work is performed under the supervision of the Mechanic Supervisor or Manager.
Responsibilities
- Performs mechanical work in the installation, maintenance, and repair of stormwater equipment and machinery.
- Must own a standard set of mechanic tools (list attached).
Requirements
- Must have a home phone or cell phone.
- Valid Florida Driver's License required.
