Responsibilities
- Uses analytical techniques to design, develop, and maintain reports, scorecards, and dashboards that provide insight to the organization.
- Collaborates with other analytics staff to develop and improve analytic products. Supports system-wide quality improvement efforts through collaboration with multi-disciplinary audiences, from executives to front line staff.
- Conducts financial and operational analyses and interprets results to support business stakeholders in making strategic decisions.

- 2+ minimum experience in an administrative/office support role required. [Required]
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to a variety of audiences throughout the organization [Required]

Skills
- Mastery of desktop applications, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) [Required]
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to effectively summarize data, present insights and facilitate discussion of results [Required]
- Attention to detail that ensures follow-through on all assigned projects [Required]
- Knowledge and application of statistical analyses including financial variance and statistical significance [Required]
- Experience in data management tools and techniques (preferably MS Access and SQL) [Required]
- Strong experience with data mining/extraction tools (merging dimensions, custom SQL) [Required]
- Strong project management, planning, organizational and process improvement skills [Required]
- Strong leadership, relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills [Required]
- Experience leading analytical projects [Required]
- Ability to work with autonomy [Required]
Compensation
- $63,495.93 - $118,098.11
